by: providing
coordination and consultation in the Employment
Process; counsel, processes and serves as a
liaison with our Benefits Providers; managing
the Campus' Employee Relations Function;
coordinating, designing and managing the Campus'
Compensation and Classification Function;
assessing, identifying and coordinating
appropriate training opportunities for staff;
and overseeing compliance of Federal, state and
local employment statutes.
