The Coshocton Campus was established in response to requests
from student and community leaders in the region. Their request—specific
programs leading toward a degree. Funded by monies received from
the Coshocton Foundation and a development grant from the Governor's
Office of Appalachia, this collaborative effort offers students
the opportunity to pursue associate's, bachelor's and master's degree
programs from several partner institutions, including: Central Ohio
Technical College, The Ohio State University Newark, Hocking College,
and Muskingum College.
Course Offerings
The center offers courses in basic mathematics, general psychology, cultural diversity,
business law, marketing, human biology, education, and Licensed Practical Nursing.
Enrollment has tripled since the doors opened, testament to this unique approach to
higher education.
Business and Industry Institute
The center is also home to the Business and Industry Institute, which offers
non-credit customized training to Coshocton area businesses.
