“Walk with the Ancients”

Visitors
From October 10th through October 16, 2009, a group of "Walkers" will be re-trace what may have been a pilgrimage road between the mound sites in Chillicothe and Newark.
Other "Visitors" are invited to join us for some portion of the Walk, be it several days or an hour.
- If under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by an adult.
- Full registration is due no later than October 1, 2009. A signed registration form should be mailed to: The Newark Earthworks Center, 950 Sharon Valley Road, Newark, Ohio 43055.
- Food and vehicle support are not available for part-time walkers unless arranged in advance. A registration fee for day-long walkers (who will eat with the group) is $20.00 per day.
- An orientation meeting will be held at the Great Circlel Earthworks in Newark on Saturday,September, 26th at 2 pm.
