TitlePrinciples of Fitness and Wellness
DescriptionCourse is designed to introduce students to concepts of wellness which include domains of the physical, social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual, and financial. The course will emphasize the relationship between wellness and quality of life over the lifespan. Students will develop a personal program that includes exercise, nutrition, and disease prevention.
