TitleStress Management for the College Student
DescriptionThis course is designed to help students learn to identify, understand, prevent and manage stress as it occurs in everyday life. The course has two components: the lecture component will address the cognitive approach to stress management; the lab portion will allow students to experience the fundamentals of yoga and its role in stress reduction in the physical, psychological & spiritual domains.
