May 7: First day to work for summer

Aug. 2: Semester ends; last day to work for summer (this includes those using their “off term” and spring graduates)

Aug. 20: First day to work for autumn

Oct. 11: First term ends; last day for those using their “off term” and summer graduates can work

Dec. 14: Semester ends; last day to work for autumn

Dec. 15 – Jan. 6: Break*

Jan. 7: First day to work for spring semester

Feb. 15: Deadline to apply for 2024-25 FWS

Feb. 27: First term ends; last day for those using their “off term” and autumn graduates can work

May 4: Last day students can earn 2023-24 FWS

May 4: Semester ends; last day to work for spring semester

*Must be eligible to work the term before and the term after the break to work during the break.
