Established with gifts from Stuart N. and Marcia Parsons, this scholarship is offered to The Ohio State University at Newark students who are children of a full-time Park National Bank employee who has been employed with the bank for a minimum of five years and reside in Licking County. Applicants must have demonstrated academic success and financial need as determined by the results of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
