Students have FULL responsibility for communicating test appointment information to their instructor. Students are informed that before they schedule an appointment with the testing center it is their responsibility to communicate with their instructor and to request that their test be provided to the testing center. The testing center also requires students to forward to their instructor the email confirmation they receive of their testing center appointment. Furthermore, students are informed: “If you do not receive an email confirmation of your appointment, please contact the testing center right away, as it is possible your attempt to schedule an appointment was not successful.”
BEFORE YOU (an instructor) PROVIDE A TEST AND A TEST PROCTOR FORM, it is your responsibility to review all the information on this page, so your use of the testing center will go well. If you would like to request an exception to any of the following guidelines, please communicate with the testing center. Also, in any situation where accommodations designated by Student Life Disability Services stipulate a practice contrary to the guidelines below, the accommodations will supersede the guidelines. Otherwise, any practice contrary to these guidelines must be considered an exception to the rule and must be agreed upon by the testing center staff and the instructor in advance of the student beginning the test.
