Olivia Biggs

Initial Appointment: 3 years (July 1, 2025–June 30, 2028)

Olivia Biggs is a communications and public relations professional with a degree in communication from The Ohio State University. Her career includes co-hosting a local radio show, serving as PR manager at Licking Memorial Hospital, and acting as public information officer for the Licking County Health Department during the COVID-19 pandemic. She now manages public relations for a national maternal health organization and consults for a national public health group, handling media relations, social media, podcasts and content creation. Olivia is active in community service, has served on multiple local boards, and has earned honors such as Licking County’s Young Professional of the Year (2017) and Ohio State Newark’s Distinguished Alumni Award (2022).
