Criteria
Nominees must have attended Ohio State Newark for a minimum of two semesters or three quarters. Please contact Becky Clawson if you are unsure if the person you wish to nominate attended Ohio State Newark for the required length of time.
Nominees must be living at the time the nomination is submitted.

The nomination period for the 2025 Distinguished Alumni Award is now closed.
The nomination letter must be a minimum of one page and a maximum of three pages. Please include a resume or curriculum vitae and a short bio. Nominees not selected this year will be considered for two additional years.
Award Presentation
The award will be presented at the annual Ohio State Newark Alumni and Friends Homecoming Dinner.
