The Ruth Scott-Sara Staats Outstanding Psychology Student Award was established to recognize research activities of Ohio State Newark Psychology students with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater and to improve their opportunities for entry into graduate school. Priority is given to a student graduating in the calendar year awarded. The award includes a plaque engraving and $2000 scholarship awarded in spring semester.
