This award is presented to alumni who attended Ohio State Newark for at least two semesters or three quarters and who have achieved distinction in their field and/or made a difference in the lives of others through outstanding professional, personal or community contributions. Please contact Becky Clawson if you are unsure if the alumnus you wish to nominate attended Ohio State Newark.

The nomination letter must be a minimum of one page and a maximum of three pages. The letter must include the reason(s) for the nomination, including career highlights, community service and/or other honors. Nomination letters less than one page or a nomination without a nomination letter will not be considered.
If possible, please include a resume or curriculum vitae and a short bio. Nominees not selected this year will be considered for two additional years. Nominees must be living at the time the nomination is submitted. Nominations must be received by Monday, Sept. 30, at 4:30 p.m.
The award will be presented at the annual Ohio State Newark Alumni Homecoming Celebration dinner on Thursday, Oct. 24.
