From applicant to admitted Buckeye, here is the admission information to know. Start by selecting your applicant type.
Incoming freshman
If you are an Ohio resident who graduated from a chartered high school (or who has a GED) and never attended any other college, you can be admitted to a regional campus.
Transfer student
If you are an Ohio resident, you may apply for admission to the Newark campus. If you have earned at least a 2.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) on your college course work, we will review your academic performance in college to determine your eligibility for admission.

College Credit Plus
If you are a current high school student interested in taking college courses while you are in high school, you can enroll in the Academy, Ohio State's College Credit Plus program.

Extended education
If you are an adult student who wants to take undergraduate courses and are not currently interested in earning a degree, you should apply as an extended education student.

Graduate non-degree
If you are interested in graduate-level courses and are not currently interested in earning a degree, you should apply as a graduate non-degree student.

If you are an Ohio resident aged 60 or older, you may apply for this tuition-free lifelong learning experience.
